Xavier of Click2Map wrote to me about the new Google Maps marker clusters feature on Click2Map. Click2Map offers commercial Google Maps hosting services (including a limited free service). They claim to be the first ones to provide easy marker clustering for Google Maps. From Xavier's email: "We are proud to announce that Click2Map is the first map editor in the mapping space to offer this ultra-convenient feature.
With clustering, the problem of markers overlapping each other belongs to the past. We've also made it super easy for map creators to adjust the 'clustering rate' according to their needs."
